Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using Edvento Certification services.

Last updated: July 11, 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Edvento Certification website and certification services.

By using Edvento Certification, creating an account, taking an exam, receiving a certificate, or verifying a certificate, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Edvento Certification

Edvento Certification is designed to recognize and verify practical competency within the Edvento ecosystem.

Certificates may validate skills such as activity creation, classroom management, platform use, educational contribution, or ambassador-level leadership.

Note: Edvento certificates are professional platform certificates. They do not replace government licenses, university degrees, official teacher qualifications, or legally required professional credentials.

2. Eligibility

Users must provide accurate information when registering for exams or certificates.

You may not create an account using false identity information, impersonate another person, or take an exam on behalf of someone else.

Edvento may refuse, suspend, or remove access if account information is inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or used in violation of these Terms.

3. Certification Exams

Certification exams are intended to assess real understanding and practical knowledge of Edvento.

Users agree to complete exams honestly and independently unless Edvento clearly allows collaboration or assistance.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Cheating during an exam
  • Using another person to complete an exam
  • Sharing exam answers publicly
  • Attempting to copy, extract, sell, or distribute exam content
  • Using automated tools, bots, or unauthorized scripts
  • Trying to manipulate scores, certificates, or verification records
  • Creating fake certificates or altered certificate images
  • Misrepresenting certificate status or validity

Violation Penalty: Violation of these rules may result in exam cancellation, certificate removal, account restriction, or permanent loss of certification access.

4. Passing Scores and Certificate Validity

Each certification may have its own passing score, validity period, renewal rules, and requirements.

Edvento may update certification requirements to maintain professional quality, improve assessment standards, or reflect changes in the platform.

If a certificate expires or requires renewal, Edvento may mark it as expired, inactive, or renewal required.

5. Certificate Verification

Edvento certificates may include a certificate ID, QR code, and online verification page.

The verification system exists to confirm whether a certificate is authentic and whether the certificate information matches Edvento’s official records.

Users may share their certificate or verification link for professional recognition, employment, school, training, or portfolio purposes.

Users may not alter certificate information, remove security elements, or present an expired, revoked, or invalid certificate as active.

6. Certificate Revocation

Edvento may revoke, suspend, or correct a certificate if:

  • The certificate was issued by mistake
  • The exam result was affected by technical error
  • The user violated exam rules
  • The user provided false identity information
  • The certificate was obtained through cheating, fraud, or misuse
  • The user misrepresented Edvento or the meaning of the certificate
  • The certificate record must be corrected for security or administrative reasons

Edvento may also remove public verification access where necessary to protect privacy, security, or platform integrity.

7. Use of Edvento Name, Logo, and Badges

Certified users may use their Edvento certificate and official badge to show their achievement.

However, users may not suggest that they are employees, legal representatives, official partners, or ambassadors of Edvento unless Edvento has separately granted that status in writing.

Users may not use the Edvento name, logo, certificate design, badge design, or brand identity in a misleading, harmful, commercial, or unauthorized way.

8. Ambassador and Recognition Status

Some Edvento recognitions, such as ambassador status, may be based on contribution, leadership, activity, and approval by the Edvento team.

Ambassador status is not automatically granted by passing an exam unless Edvento explicitly states otherwise.

Edvento may review, update, suspend, or change ambassador-related privileges according to program rules and platform governance needs.

9. Free and Paid Services

Some Edvento certification services may be offered free of charge.

Edvento may introduce paid exams, paid training, premium preparation materials, institutional packages, or other paid services in the future. Any payment requirement should be clearly shown before purchase or registration.

10. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Use the certification website lawfully and respectfully
  • Keep login details secure
  • Provide accurate account and certificate information
  • Respect exam rules and certification integrity
  • Avoid actions that damage, overload, or interfere with the website
  • Report technical problems or suspected certificate misuse when possible

11. Intellectual Property

All certification materials, exam questions, certificate designs, platform text, graphics, badges, logos, software, and website content belong to Edvento or its authorized licensors unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, or create derivative versions of certification materials without permission.

12. Website Availability

Edvento aims to keep the certification website reliable and accessible, but continuous availability is not guaranteed.

The website may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, security issues, or circumstances beyond Edvento’s control.

Edvento is not responsible for temporary interruptions, data delays, or access problems caused by internet issues, third-party services, device problems, or user-side technical limitations.

13. Limitation of Responsibility

Edvento provides certification services in good faith to support professional recognition within the Edvento ecosystem.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Edvento is not responsible for indirect losses, missed opportunities, employment decisions, institutional decisions, or third-party interpretations of a certificate.

Third parties are responsible for making their own decisions about whether and how to recognize an Edvento certificate.

14. Privacy

Use of Edvento Certification is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

By using the certification website, you agree that Edvento may process information as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

Edvento may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the certification website after changes means that you accept the updated Terms.
