Can I change my name after receiving a certificate?

I cannot sign in. What should I do?

Which account should I use for certification?

When do I receive my certificate?

How long is the certificate valid?

The Certified Activity Creator certificate is valid for 3 years. After that period, it may require renewal, or the educator may progress to a higher certification level.

Can my certificate be removed or marked invalid?

Yes. Edvento may remove, correct, suspend, or mark a certificate invalid if it was issued by mistake, obtained dishonestly, connected to false information, or affected by a serious technical or security issue.

Can I share my certificate with others?

Yes. You can share your certificate or verification link with schools, employers, institutions, colleagues, or professional networks.

Can an employer or school verify my certificate?

Yes. Anyone with your certificate ID, QR code, or verification link can check whether your certificate is authentic through the official Edvento verification system.

What does “Renewal Required” mean?

“Renewal Required” means that the certificate is no longer within its active validity period. The certificate may still appear in the system, but the user may need to retake the exam or progress to a higher level.

What should I do if my certificate information is incorrect?

If your name, certificate title, date, or other certificate information appears incorrectly, contact Edvento support. Certificate changes may require review to protect authenticity.

Can I use another person’s account to take the exam?
